I love being in nature and I love doing art.

And feel extremely fortunate to be able to create something everyday.

Am grateful for the encouragement from my parents to pursue my interest which led me to the prestigious Faculty of Fine Arts in Baroda where I got training from the known artists/teachers of that time. I worked as a freelance artist for many years and later started teaching art at various levels in school and college. The passion for learning new forms of Art enabled me to work in many mediums and as always my aim was to find new ways of expression. I enjoy doing creative work with kids, it is a two-way process of give and take. They energize me and I get inspired to do more Art. The more I explore the more I can take back the new skills to share with them. With the result I have been able to continue working and show my art at various venues in India and the USA. What more can one ask for !
