I have been exploring art for more than 35 years and nature has always inspired me. I have strived to portray its spectacle in many different mediums of art such as Watercolor, Acrylic Painting, Serigraph Prints, Etching, Pen & Ink drawings and Photography – each medium so unique !

In the early years as an artist living in India I worked in the quiet solitude of my studio creating imaginary landscapes inspired by various travels. Moving to California and living on the beautiful central coast opened up new vistas for me. I have loved this unique location and absorbed its immense beauty in all forms. The majestic native trees and meadows, the fields and groves, the sky and clouds, the hills and valleys, ocean and rivers; all have made a deep impact on my work. I have exhibited my work extensively in the galleries in Santa Cruz, California in recent years and have also shown my art work in India on a regular basis since the 70s.

I have tried to capture some glimpses of nature in my work and feel very happy to share them with you.
